Exhibitor Information

This year, United Christian Off-Road Alliance (UCORA) would like Supporters involved throughout the events with attendees. Those wishing to take the next step in their support may chose to become Exhibitors.  At this level, your company receives a greater set of benefits.

Plan to have your company join us for the full three day event!

Join us Friday on the trails, followed by our Meet & Greet family meal.  On Saturday morning, UCORA participants are back on the trails!  Supporting organizations set up their booths later that afternoon.  Introduce your company and products to our participants.

Exhibitor space is available at this event for a cash donation.  Spaces are priced at $225 for a 10’ x 15’ space.  If you would like additional space, talk with us about meeting your ideas!

Each Exhibitor is required to donate at least one raffle item valued at $150 or more.  This item is raffled during our Saturday evening dinner, or you may raffled your prize at your booth during the display time.  For items raffled at the Saturday dinner, UCORA invites Exhibitors to come forward, draw their winner, and present their prize.

Exhibitors are given overnight lodging for Friday and Saturday nights.  UCORA would love to see you on the trails with us throughout the weekend, and especially at our Meet & Greet on Friday afternoon.

The Exhibitor showcase is held during our family time on Saturday afternoon.  This is YOUR TIME to display your products!  Smaller Exhibitor displays (no vehicles) are brought inside the church Saturday evening during our dinner and raffle.

In addition Event Exhibitors will be given:

  • An event t-shirt
  • An event sticker
  • The opportunity to add flyers, sales ads, or other items to each driver’s event bag.

Event Exhibitors are featured in each driver’s event handbook.  Please send us a brief 250 word description of your company and products!

Exhibitor Registration

For our 2018 event, booking must be completed before May 1st in order to secure lodging.  (After May 1st, lodging cannot be guaranteed.)  Any items to be distributed in the drivers’ event bags must be delivered to UCORA prior to July 1st.

Please complete an Exhibitor Registration Form ONLY.  Exhibitors are NOT required to complete the Event Registration Form or the Supporter Information Page.

Other Terms and Benefits

A limited number of Exhibitor spaces are available and are available on a first come/ first served basis.  At this time, no electricity is available for Exhibitor spaces.  Exhibitors may bring a generator if desired, but please ensure you have electrical cords to keep the noise at sufficient distance from your booth.  A detailed schedule of events is available upon request.

Please let us know if you plan a specific product demonstration.  If known before May 1st, we would like to include this information in the drivers’ event handbooks.

Exhibitors attending the event will be allowed to display up to two banners, in addition to the banners at their display.  Each vendor is responsible for providing all booth related equipment such as canopy, table, chairs, banners, etc.

Please have your booth set up before 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 7.  Booths may not be taken down before 5:00 PM.  After 5:00 PM, Exhibitors may move a smaller display inside for the dinner and raffle, though this is not required.
